Love

I learned something about love today. A friend of mine helped me deliver my laundry to KNL. He did so despite the many things that he had to do. Add to that the horrible rain. During KalCF, Kuya Caloy talked about the Holy Spirit. One part of his lecture was about love. Often, when we thought about love, we only saw the romantic aspect of it. But then, according to Jesus, "...Love your neighbor as yourself." (Luke 10:27) Kuya Caloy said, "A neighbor is a person in need. Biblical love is service to our neighbors." My friend helped me in my time of need and even saw to it that I ate a proper dinner. I was a neighbor to him. Praise God!
